Progress on construction continues:
2nd floor of the Main Center Building, has been completed, yet not with finish work yet. Currently the girls are upstairs. Their bedrooms are equipped with multiple bathrooms, as well as 2 suites for staff and guests. There is a kitchenette currently on the 2nd floor in between the two staff/guest rooms. There is solar heating for the water.
2021-2022
Between Government requiring re-licensing to pandemic, life at Kings Kids is not without challenges. However, going from lockdowns, to opening, and re-opening…we are thankful that there are no children currently affected by Covid. There has only been one of our older students who had had it, however recovered well last year.
2017
It has been a busy season with a few teams, additional construction, and adding Children to Kings Kids!
- The roof is complete on the 1st floor, and 2nd floor of the center building.
- The perimeter walls are being finished as we speak.
- 25 more Children have been added!
- (now total of 60 living at KK, and some at the other smaller campus, as well as day students, with a total of 120 Children!)
